Yoga United - my journey to cope with burnout

Yoga means union and is an ancient philosophy based on breathing and exercises. I myself have experienced burnout twice as well as encountering adventures and setbacks along the way of life where I am sure that the breathing and this philosophy helped me find my way and feel better. I myself have used yoga a lot in drama lessons for children and I think it's very nice to counterbalance the stress. A bit like in life, we both need to experience fun and excitement as well as peace and quiet. Now everyone has anxiety, depression, diagnoses, etc. but while the discussion is opening, maybe we forget to find the root of the problem and how to live with this. That's where yoga and nature come in the picture for so many.
