Heimamyndasamsteypan hefur helgað sig því að safna saman heimagerðum filmum, vídeóum og stafrænu efni. Samsteypan leitar leiða til að finna ný rými fyrir þetta persónulega efn, þar sem það getur öðlast nýtt líf í nýju samhengi og virkað sem hvati að samræðum um sameiginlega fortíð.

The home movie collective is dedicated to the collection and presentation of home movies from Iceland. The collective looks for ways to find new public spaces for these personal images, where they can be shared in a new context, discussed and used as instigators for conversations about a collective past.
