Konni er síðasta barnið sem býr á eynni Grímsey. Heildarfjöldi íbúa sem býr í eynni árið um kring er um 20 manns og barnaskólanum þar var lokað fyrir nokkrum árum. Myndin er karakter stúdía og um leið portrett af Grímsey, sem sýnir brot úr daglegu lífi Konna.

Konni is the last child inhabitant on remote island Grimsey, north of Iceland. The dying Arctic island now boasts a population of only 20 people. Part character study, part portrait of the island, “Konni” attempts to reconcile the use of ethnographic film in order to document societies and persons in their most fleeting moments.
